Arbitration is a process in which parties in a dispute agree to have their case heard by a qualified arbitrator, outside of a courtroom, who makes a binding decision regarding the dispute/case. Attorney Randolph is a certified arbitrator who will listen to each side with fairness and care.
- $300 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
- Pre-Hearing conference fees are $300 per hour.
- Arbitration Administrative Fee/Filing Fee $400
- If both parties are Pro Se, there is a $125.00 intake fee.
- Parties are expected to equally split the mediation fees unless agreed upon in advance.
