Negotiation and Mediation

As a Supreme Court Certified Arbitrator and Family Law Mediator, Attorney Randolph has the skills and training to deal with even the toughest of conflicts. Attorney Randolph has over ten (10) years’ experience dealing with family law and civil matters.

Mediation

During the mediation process, a trained, third party neutral assists parties with resolving conflicts and disputes. The role of the mediator is to be impartial, facilitate open communication, help parties identify and clarify issues, and help parties reach an amicable agreement. At LCR Legal, we understand that everyone’s story is unique and deserves to be acknowledged without bias. We take the time to get to know your case while also providing an effective and personable service.

Family Law Mediation/Negotiation Services are $275/hour with a minimum of 2 hours.

One-Lawyer/One-Spouse Negotiations

If both parties agree on substantial issues but need the assistance of an attorney to help resolve the remaining issues or recommend changes, our attorneys will help you negotiate and draft a legally sufficient binding agreement.

Two-Lawyer/Two-Spouse Negotiations

If both parties retain their own attorney, Attorney Randolph can facilitate a settlement-focused, cooperative parenting, respectful, and friendly informal mediation.

Kitchen-Table Plus

If the parties agree but are unable to draft a legally sufficient and binding agreement, our attorneys can assist you with drafting the agreement.
