A Legal Career Built on Service and Results
A graduate of Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law, Attorney Randolph earned her Juris Doctor while serving as a high school English teacher. Her early career in the alternative school system strengthened her passion for advocacy and inspired her to build a law practice that empowers and protects the Central Florida community.
Since opening her firm in 2012, she has achieved successful outcomes in family law, probate, guardianship, business, and injury matters. She has mentored more than 35 law students and provided over 5,000 hours of pro bono service to indigent individuals and families. She has served multiple terms as a Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter, National Bar Association Fellow, later becoming Director of the Fellowship Program and eventually serving as Board President of the Virgil Hawkins Foundation. Attorney Randolph has also served as an adjunct professor at FAMU College of Law for the Guardian ad Litem Program.

Attorney Randolph is the founder of The LCR Project (Love, Compassion, Resolve), a community-focused organization dedicated to empowerment, education, and support for individuals and families in need. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she recently served as Chair of the Community Liaison Committee.

Camille and Stephanie began their legal careers together as legal assistants at the Office of the State Attorney in Orlando, Florida. Committed to excellence and professional growth, both earned graduate degrees from the University of Central Florida before advancing into roles that broadened their expertise across multiple areas of law.
Camille transitioned from government work into the private sector, securing a position with a top-four consulting firm as a business management consultant, where she strengthened her skills in operations, systems, and organizational efficiency. Stephanie continued her legal career by expanding from criminal law into civil litigation, gaining extensive experience in case management, client coordination, and complex legal support.
Their combined skill sets and 20 years of experience enrich the LCR Legal team with deep industry knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and a client-centered approach. Courtney Kilbourne-Hayes, Esq. — Of Counsel

Courtney Kilbourne-Hayes, Esq., serves as Of-Counsel with LCR Legal, bringing more than 17 years of experience in real estate law, estate planning, and business and corporate law. A native of Volusia County, Courtney graduated from Spruce Creek High School’s International Baccalaureate Program before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
During her time at the University of Florida, she interned with Senator Rod Smith, gaining firsthand exposure to legislative work and high-level legal processes. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, enhancing her legal education through international law studies in Costa Rica and Greece.
Courtney began her legal career practicing statewide from South Florida before returning to Central Florida in 2014. Guided by her belief that the practice of law is a calling to help people, she focuses her work on protecting clients’ property, preserving their legacies, and supporting business owners through important legal decisions and transactions.
Courtney is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, advocating for animal rights, boating, working out, and attending art shows.

John R. Nelson, P.E., Esquire – Of Counsel

John R. Nelson is a registered patent attorney licensed before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. As of-counsel to the firm, he assists clients in probate, estate planning, trademark, and patent law matters.
John brings a rare blend of legal, engineering, and software-development experience, holding a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a J.D. Before entering intellectual property law, he worked as a professional engineer in the specialty chemicals and environmental sectors and founded a successful aviation software company that was later acquired. His advanced technical background allows him to understand and protect complex innovations across multiple industries.
He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the USPTO, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and is also a licensed Professional Engineer and a commercial, instrument-rated pilot.
